"With the support of the Clinical Commissioning Group, we were fortunate to have been able to transfer my terminally ill brother to Broad Oak Manor, so that he is now closer to family members. He was discharged from hospital to another care home, which was difficult to visit, due to the distance and we did not feel the care home provided him with the level of care or compassion that he deserves.
At very short notice, the staff at Broad Oak Manor arranged for us to have a tour of the home and with their help and assistance, we were able to move my brother there, just four days later! It goes without saying, the difference between the level of care he received at the previous home compared to the outstanding care that Broad Oak Manor provides is astounding!
