Whether you need support now or are planning for the future, with our experienced and skilled care team on site 24/7 you can access as little or as much support in your own home whilst maintaining the greatest level of independence.
We are able to provide a wide range of support including access to other health professionals where more complex care is required. Care is delivered in such a way that you can continue to live your own life in the way that you wish - we fit in around you.
Care Services
Level one
A member of staff will check in with you throughout the day, at times to suit you to assist you with things such as:
- Verbal reminders and prompts
- Making appointments or arranging prescriptions
- Getting dressed and prompting in personal care
- Supporting you to attend events and activities on site
- Collecting your mail and newspapers
- Ordering meals and supporting you with
nutritional advice - Reminding you to take your medication
Level two
In addition to the support provided in Level one care, this level of care also includes:
- Assistance to walk or go in wheelchair to the barn to attend activities and events
- Step-by-step verbal support to carry out your day-to-day activities
- Support selecting clothing and dressing
- Assistance with all aspects of personal care
Level three
This level of care accommodates more complex needs in addition to the support offered by levels one and two.
- Physical assistance moving around your home
- Support to carry out exercises advised by the
physiotherapist - Prevention and treatment of pressure areas in
consultation with healthcare professionals - Medication administration
- One-to-one assistance with eating and drinking, if required
- Hydration and nutrition monitoring
- Assistance to prepare breakfast
- Support with continence management
- Coordination of specialist advice and treatment from other healthcare professionals
Additional Services
Full meal service
A full meal service is available for you to enjoy in your own home. Carefully prepared by our catering team and tailored to your preferences and dietary needs.
Night service
Staff can attend to you during the night to make regular safety checks, and assist with pressure area care and repositioning. They can also help you with continence support, medication administration, provide you with hot or cold drinks, as well as offer reassurance.
Daily living
Additional services available to help with day-to-day life include regular health monitoring as well as medication monitoring and management. We also have hairdressing and beauty services available on-site, can provide personal laundry and ironing services, and help with the maintenance and decoration of
your home.
Nursing home care
We work with the district nursing services to co-ordinate any nursing care which may be required in your own home. However it also brings peace of mind to know that should your health deteriorate, or you require a period of rehabilitation following an illness, we can deliver a high level of 24 hour complex nursing care within our nursing home.
