At the heart of the community is The Barn, a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming place for residents to relax, meet friends and family, enjoy refreshments and take part in activities and events.
Residents and their guests are also free to enjoy the extensive landscaped grounds, including our historic walled garden and sensory garden.
The Barn Coffee Lounge
The Barn is a central part of life at Broad Oak Manor. Residents can enjoy coffee and cake, meet friends and family or join one of the regular activities and social events held within the community.
It offers companionship when you want it, while residents remain free to enjoy their own home and privacy whenever they choose.
Catering and dining
Our catering team prepares a varied menu using fresh ingredients, with options available to suit individual tastes, preferences and dietary requirements.
Residents can choose to have meals delivered to enjoy in their own home. We also hold regular restaurant days in The Barn, offering an opportunity to enjoy a meal with other residents in a welcoming social setting.
The Barn can also host private celebrations and special events by prior arrangement with our team.

Broad Oak Manor Gardens
The extensive grounds at Broad Oak Manor provide a peaceful setting for residents, relatives and friends to enjoy throughout the year.
Our historic walled garden dates back to 1742 and sits close to the assisted living properties. It includes a distinctive sundial-shaped sensory garden, designed to provide colour, texture, fragrance and seasonal interest.
Residents can enjoy gentle walks, sit outdoors with visitors or simply spend time surrounded by nature and wildlife.
